I'd say:
Piano Sonata No. 14 "Quasi una fantasia" in C-sharp minor, Op. 27, No.
2, "Moonlight"
Frankly, since Beethoven didn't apply the sobriquet, I'd say leave it
off, but I recognize that this would be a VERY unpopular opinion. I
supply it here only for humor. :)
