[mb-users] Classical titles w/ more than one name (eg. MoonlightSonata)

Actually, if you read the entire WP article you'll notice the sonata
formatted at least 3 different ways. I trust what we do at MBZ more
than WP 'cuz they don't seem to have any rigorous standards, or if
they do, they don't follow them. (Well, now that I think about it, I
guess sometimes we don't either;)

In any case, FWIW, I don't like the way I chose to format it. I prefer
either Andrew's or Marco's.
