The latin equivalnet is "alias" but IMHO we don't need another cluttering 
small word: brackets are intuitive to collect translate, transliterated and 
alternative names.

(Just note that is not a perfect example since QUF is not a real name or 
dedication of the work but a note of LvB for saying that it not follows the 
sonata form)
