if they are valid, then boxsetnamestyle steps in and we don't get seperate
entries for boxset and non-boxset versions, just the latter.

the label would, wouldn't they :) you make an EP to be given out in any
fashion it becomes a MBz release. demos are entered here, aren't they?
whilst i can see the logic in re-adding an official release of a demo
separately (demos are "released" as a necessity rather than intent), i
*personally* think that these had all the artist integrity the first time
they were released - this is just repackaging. that's why i voted how i did
= i'm not trying to change the rules here (there are none to define a
'release' for boxsetnamestyle), just let democracy sort it out :)

of course. i'm not saying there's not intent to release them as a boxset,
but i don't think that has any affect on the application of boxsetnamestyle.
the releases are already collated by title regardless.
