I have a tendency to agree with the last talker, but this poses a good question: If CD sleeves mostly contain "Finale: Allegro", why shouldn't we go with it?
The followup would be: Do we need to standardize this? I.e.: Do we need to and want to, time and again, correct "wrong" edits, vote no etc. for these edits? Whom will this benefit?
The policy on this, and the policy on "slack" for misc parts of CSG should IMO go into the CSG, written in such a way that both the new and the seasoned-but-in-a-rush-editor can easily agree on what is right.
As both Marco and Frederic said, the CSGD is the place for this before any consensus has been reached.
