Yes, but when is it a problem?

You can use regular expressions to search for tracks on mb.org/search.html. (It would be nice to have pagination of results, and an advanced search feature to only look for such and such composers, but this has little bearings on the format for the Finales, the Scherzos etc.)

Further, if you're looking for the finale of our imaginary symphony, you know the movement number. The CSG clearly states, in the case of symphonies, that movement numbering should be added. What do you need the rest for?

As I've sort of implied earlier; some inconsistencies are less harmful than others. To this, I'd like to add: We should strive to make editing/voting as easy as possible, and keep strictness confined to areas where it is clearly needed.

How does enforcing a common pattern help MB and us users for Finale movements?

I guess the movement number will often be important as well.
