I'd say go with "EBX 1 (disc 1: 1.1: Disc Name)". Or maybe something like
"EBX 1 (disc 1: 1.1 Disc Name)", as I really don't know what I think about
subtitles to subtitles. I'd say either of those two works fine.

This is pretty much like that other debate that is going now about some
discs that had "Volume" instead of "disc" in the names.
