[mb-users] Titles in Artist Names

We need to reach a consensus and decide what to do about titles as they
relate to artist names. Currently, some composers, e.g.,

Sir Edward Elgar
Sir Charles Villiers Stanford

are listed with their knighthood title. Others are not.

My personal feeling is that the title is not part of the name any more
than Mr., Miss, or Mrs. would be; it's simply an honorific.

How would people feel about:

Sir Elton John
Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber
Sir Paul McCartney
