[mb-users] PUIDs and release splitting

Producers often use tricks to shave a few seconds off (or add a few on)
a track when editing for a compilation ... from editing out a verse to
slightly speeding/slowing the speed of the master. So even the 2-10
second differences between track times between two identical titles on
different releases can be there "on purpose", in addition to other time
measurement differences (methods, equipment) between two producers who
work from the same master.
