The tracks are available for download also separately. I don't see any problem
with PUIDs. The all-in-one format is only an additional format for people who
don't want to download the files one by one.

Anyway, I personally think we should follow the physical structure *only* for CD
releases. Since MB already allows DVDs, and they come as all-in-one track in 99%
cases, we already have different rules for different mediums.
