[mb-users] Best format for Billboard bootleg compilation

Yeup. As Aaron mentions, *popular* being the key word... I decided to
invest the time to add it to MB so all those who have it can tag it
properly. I'm not sure if this now falls under the bootleg category as
there seems to be some discussion going on about it and whether it
classifies as a homebrew bootleg:
