If all the tracks were merged to one track and burnt as an audio cd,
would that not provide a disc id?

My personal opinion would be to edit it with proper tracks as listed
on the allmusic.com listing and having that url listed in the edit
notes.

I think it's apparent there is multiple tracks on the cd.
