Hi,

I came across a release which was first released on LP and later on CD.
This release by 'Cuby and the Blizzards' [1] has got the person who did
the digitally mastering to CD mentioned on the back cover.
A lot of CD's have the 'Digitally re-mastered' label if the original
release was released on LP first. Imo both 'Digitally mastered' and
'Digitally re-mastered' are basically the same. It just depends on from
which perspective you look at it, the release in general or the CD
release as a new thing.

Currently we are able to store '{additionally} mastered' AR's but I
think we should treat 'digitally mastered' as a different role in case
of re-mastered releases. Therefor I think it's good to introduce a
'digitally' attribute for the '{additionally} mastered' AR.

What do you think? Should it be treated differently than '{additionally}
mastered'?
How commonly is the info available on the cover or in the booklet? Does
it matter if it isn't printed on most releases?

Yours,

Age (Prodoc)
