nah:
first letter = method the artists were recorded to tape
second letter = method the tape was mixed
third letter = method of mastering

in theory something that is DDA (ie, recorded and mixed digitally, but
analogue mastering - say, for vinyl), can be 'digitally remastered'
for CD. they probably wouldn't call it that but the process is the
same.
