[mb-users] Multiple Country/Year Releases

I'll go with the album in question:

Art of Noise - The Best of the Art of Noise.

In MB it is listed twice:
http://musicbrainz.org/album/a0bb2d20-1b46-490f-8a17-d823603fa36a.html and
http://musicbrainz.org/album/9dbc23e7-aeeb-4e1f-bfa0-19b07f74a489.html.

These releases have different tracks, the latter was released in 1992.
Is there some way in MB that differentiates between these? As an
aside, but related, sometimes there are 2 or 3 releases of an album as
well, one US/Canada, one Europe and one Japan - which may be the same
or have 1 or more varying tracks.

I was just wondering if there was a precedent for tagging these and
having the album title differentiated somehow, i.e. Art of Noise - The
Best of the Art of Noise (1988) and Art of Noise - The Best of the Art
of Noise (1992); or Art of Noise - The Best of the Art of Noise (UK)
and Art of Noise - The Best of the Art of Noise (USA).
