Noticed a few entered in MB already, some label it disc a and disc b,
others disc 1 and disc 2 - I think for naming/style conventions we
should stick to disc 1 and 2 as per the style for other multiple disc
releases.

As an aside, and I might be wrong, but I think this needs to be pushed
through the MB Style list as an RFC... might be mistaken though ;)
