[mb-users] Are 12" releases considered EPs?

Talked about this with a friend as well... one thing he noted was if
they are 4 different tracks, but the title of the single/ep is the
first track then it's probably a single... on the other hand, if it's
around 20min plus (all tracks combined) it's probably an EP... just
something else to muddy the waters :P
