Doesn't this depend on the burning process, as most of the programs 
allow you to adjust the gap between tracks (as apparently only the gap 
at the first track of the cd is a mandatory one)? Or is there something 
else that sets cdr copies apart from original ones? What if the said 
bootleg is distributed as a CD image, wouldn't it be an "original" then, 
since everyone who burns the image to a disk gets an exactly identical 
result?

Am I asking too many stupid questions? :)
