[mb-users] Bootleg DiscIDs

At the moment they are all mixed up with albums and live releases. I know
that we do signify which is which, by the words Official and Bootleg, but it
would still be much easier to have separate headings, i.e.
Albums
Singles
EP's
Compilations
Live
Uncategorised
Various Artists
Various Artists Uncategorised
Soundtracks
Bootlegs
We already have at least nine categories. I don't think one more would be
excessive.
