[mb-users] Bootleg DiscIDs

I can't see, from a technical point of view, how you could separate
bootlegs logically into a separate list, given they can exist in any
of the release types.

I would like a 'hide bootlegs' option in the preferences. I just don't
need to ever see them In fact, I'm with the folks who'd prefer they
weren't in the DB at all, but since they are, I wouldn't mind if they
were simply invisible to me.
