[mb-users] Track Title Style

I looked but couldn't find anything conclusive. I have a 6 CD set, all
the track titles are the title of a movie followed by the song, i.e.
Out of Africa - Clarinet Concerto. What is the correct style?

Out of Africa - Clarinet Concerto
Out of Africa: Clarinet Concerto
Out of Africa (Clarinet Concerto)
