The reason I asked a question is because I'm Dutch; we apparently use
some different capitalization scheme. If the first word is 'missing'
some letters, the following word is capitalised: e.g. "'n Vriend" (A
Friend). That's why I thought this was used in English as well. I'll
use whatever the outcome is; I don't care what will be used, as long
as we agree on something ;)
