IMHO, it would be better to have an undo/trash can system in place
than to change the way the voting process works. I don't know which is
more feasible (not the least since a 'trash can' could end up filling
up a non-insignificant part of the available storage space), but a
'trash can' would definitely be better than longer voting time.
