I have to agree, and what's also amazed me is the incredible  
organisation behind the whole project. While new features don't  
rapidly get rolled out from the moment the idea occurs, the planning  
and organisation is perfect, and really does get some incredible  
features out, and I think puts us a step ahead of other projects :)
