It seems to me that we should attach things derived from the track 
(number, length, and PUID... any others?) to the track itself. Yes, the 
same PUID would (well should) apply to multiple if not most tracks for a 
given work, but thats OK. It's an easy database join to pull up work info 
along with track info. But especially for multiple recordings of the same 
work, a given PUID will not apply to all tracks, so why make the user 
guess which track their PUID belongs to?
