Perhaps those PUIDs originate from different people.
If the file gets wrongly tagged and you don't pay attention, it's easy
to mix different versions of the same track - even if it's an
instrumental and normal. This becomes even easier if the file
originates from a torrent or something like that; then you may not have
an idea of what it should sound like, so you don't even doubt the
incorrect tags.
In this case those tracks even have almost the same length, so even that
doesn't tell the version. People add same PUIDs to tracks that may have
two minute's difference in length, so this one's not so hard to
understand. I'd only like to know who keeps adding the PUID :P
