In your case they might match but that doesn't mean everyone else will
be as careful as you. You are able to check against the original, others
might not. If they are able to check against the original disc, what's
the point in using the CUE sheet to calculate and submit disc ids in the
first place?
It would be a nice feature if you could calculate the disc id based on
the CUE sheet to retrieve info from MusicBrainz, but submitting disc ids
based on CUE sheet info will only cause more trouble.
