[mb-users] Automods list: how to become a posting member?

I tried to post two follow-up messages to my automod nominations on
Friday, but both bounced because I'm not a posting member.

I'm sorry to post here, but I'm a bit embarrassed that my nominations
went in without a note to back them up and now both are open for
voting.

Whom do I need to contact to rectify that?
