[mb-users] Automods list: how to become a posting member?

I had the exact same problem after I got an autoeditor: I couldn't post 
to mb-automods. For several months. Now, by some kind of magic (and mybe 
a bug report? http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/2312), I can. Rob is 
the one to poke it seems.
