I wish it was a "bug". It looks like the main web server motherboard  
is staring to fail. At least the database seems to be nice and stable  
-- we've activated our spare server and we're working to move the web  
server to this spare server.

Please don't try to fix the missing countries -- they're not broken.  
The server is. ;-(
