[mb-users] Submitting PUIDs on identified tracks

I've enjoyed the latest round of updates (more probably fixing the
dependencies, thanks luks!) for Picard, which have allowed me to
analyze files and create PUIDs. However, my ripper, Sound Juicer, has
the ability to automatically tag files with their MBz ID, of which I
take full advantage.

Once I get them into Picard (to move and name them appropriately),
they automatically load the release with which they go, and there
doesn't seem to be any way to analyze them. I've even checked the
option to automatically analyze all added files.

Am I missing something? Has anyone been able to submit PUIDs for
already-identified tracks? If not, is this a bug?
