I like your definition because it fits with other cases like Dark Side
of the Moon and Back in Black that have been remastered multiple
times, all within the CD medium.  They would all be reflected in the
existing release record.  The Final Cut, having a bonus track the
second time out, would be a separate release.

Next question: is there a relationship available to tie these separate
releases together?  Will I be able to join the first "hat" and the
second "hat", or the first Final Cut and the second Final Cut?
