Oh, that looks pretty.  (Well the "Instrumentator" is the correct
subtype, but yeesh, that word is ugly.)

So the proper way is to enter it as:

  Title: Stars and Strips Forever
  Composer: John Philip Sousa
     Stars and Stripes Forever has instrumentation by Vladamir Horowitz

(Well actually I would put that AR on the release not every track.. but
close enough.)
