I don't think this one is actually important: if we want consistency
on such a thing, it can be done entirely automatically by a script
(while we can't decide automatically what is the correct domain name
for a site).

That being said, I abstain on that. If people really want to
remove/add trailing slashes on domain names, so be it ;)

Note that this *doesn't* extend to paths: http://somedomain/somepath
is *not* the same thing as http://somedomain/somepath/
