I can see this how might be an issue, but not such an issue that it 
should prevents the  improvement of the MB database. To get round the 
territiorial  issue (and provide non-ambiguous locations) the lcation 
could be expressed as a latitude and longitude. If this information was 
available I thought it would be quite interesting to map concentrations 
of musical activity, perhaps mapping the results on something like 
Google Maps.
