In this case you dont enter the information as it is clear you dont have
the information.Im suprised your so against the longitude/latitude idea
because it was you raised the issue of borders in the first place.

Do Wikpedia/1MDb provide this information in RDF format (or equivalent)
then , I wasnt aware of this ?
