No worries , the point Im trying to make about the latitiude/longitude 
thing is that is has nothing to do with countries, it purely represents 
a physical location on the globe, but you need to have a better idea 
than just the country a person was born in to add this data, obviously 
you ar emore likely to have this information for a current artist than 
one who died 200 years ago.
