The dpedia link is interesting, but I downloaded the Persons database
from http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Downloads and did some searches for some
vary popular artists such as 'David Bowie' or 'Elton John' and although
they were in the list, their place of birth wasnt recorded, all entries
seem to be in German so must be coming from german wikipedia lars
mentioned. I found or some other artists such as Dizzee Rascal which
did have place of birth but only at nationality level.

So assume wouldnt link to dbpedia, but could exctract some information
but not at the level of detail I was hoping for.
Anyway feedback seems quite positive for this so added as request for
enhancement
