[mb-users] Unabbreviating artists starting with "Little", "Lil'", etc.

I suggest adding to http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/SortNameStyle that
also artist whose first name start with an abbreviated adjective, such
as "Lil'" for "Little", the adjective is unabbreviated in the sort
name. That makes Little Richard sort next to Lil' Ed, for instance.
