[mb-users] Dates in 'Appears on' list

It's not the performance date which is being displayed - we currently
don't have a field to store such info, hence LiveBootlegStyle, etc.
It's the release date which is displayed in the "appears on" view.

Given that, if the release has performances from 1962 and 1969 on it,
then something's obviously wrong with the release event info - it
couldn't be released in 1962, 7 years before some of the tracks were
performed.
