[mb-users] Convert CDDB discID to Musicbrainz discID

When I ripped my CD collection, I didn't know about Musicbrainz, so my
collection is organized around the CDDB discID.  Now that I am switching to
Musicbrainz, I would like to convert the CDDB discID to the appropriate
Musicbrainz discID.  If CDDB stored the TOC, then I suppose it would be
possible to use it to compute the Musicbrainz discID.  However, I haven't
been able to find any evidence that CDDB has the TOC.  The next best
solution that I can think of is to insert each CD in my collection in the
CD drive so that I can read the TOC and compute both disc IDs.  Then I can
modify my database appropriately to use the Musicbrainz discID without
actually re-ripping the CDs.  Is there a better way that I am missing?
