[mb-users] Using archive.org for cover art

Hi!

I've been adding cover art via archive.org for stuff which cannot be
found via any of our other cover art sites. In
http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=7523511 I was asked to stop
adding them since the legal issues were fussy. I've tried to get some
clarifications via the edit notes and
http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/CoverArtSites without any success.

If no one has anything to say, I will continue adding cover art and
encourage others to do the same, since there is nothing in the current
guidelines suggesting that we shouldn't do so.
