[mb-users] Possible bug with Picard Tags module (was Picard 0.9.0 BETA released!)

Haven't upgraded yet but I wanted to let you know that it looks like 
there might be a problem with the Tags portion of the application in 
that it's not clearing existing tags when that option is checked. My 
Tags configuration is as follows:

- Clear existing tags before writing new ones.
- Write ID3v2 version 2.3 tags
- UTF-16 text encoding
- Remove ID3 tags from FLAC files
- Remove APEv2 tags from MP3 files

I've just had a discussion with DJ Egg over on the Winamp forums 
regarding Winamp 5.5's reporting incorrect tags after tagging files with 
Picard 0.9.0alpha14. The thread starts here:

on. The file I submitted for them to look at is here:

sets of ID3v2 tags.

I'm on Windows Vista (x32) on a standard user account. My music folder 
has full permissions.
