I don't care much for the kind of music that both includes explicit
language and is popular enough to get a kiddie-version, but still:
If "MusicBrainz is more than just the tagger" is a popular phrase,
then "more than just PUIDs" is even more fitting in this case.
Different versions should be recorded if they exist. If this causing
issues with tagging then the problem should be solved in the tagger
and not by merging releases which are not the same.
The problem exists in another area as well: transliterated/translated
pseudo-releases already exist in the database with the same discids,
tracktimes and puids. I'm not sure what Picard does for tracks with
the same puids, but ideally it would give the user an option as to
which release (s)he wants.
