[mb-users] Picard 0.9.0 BETA released!

Thank you Lukáš ; are plugins at http://musicbrainz.org/doc/PicardQt/Plugins
compatible with this version ? I'm still sticking withAlpha 11 in fear that
higher versions would break my precious plugins. :)
