[mb-users] Picard 0.9.0 BETA released!

Yeah, unfortunately, I too seem to able to regularly crash it under 
Windows XP adding files - still getting the _qt.pyd type crashes that 
plagued alpha14, and still can't find anywhere where the logs are saved 
externally to the application so it can be debugged...
