Jamendo is implemented as a special case since it is possible to
extract the cover art via the Jamendo API once you have the Jamendo
URL (e.g. http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/1052/). It makes it a little
bit harder for client applications to retrieve the cover art (compared
to having the URL directly point to the image) but makes it easier to
enter the link and to link to the album page belonging to the image.
