at least with promo/leaks you can't be 'wrong', since the worse case
scenario is that the promo version has a different
tracklist/mastering/whatever to the final version, but it's still valid for
inclusion as a 'promo' release separate to the main release.

not saying that we shouldn't add releases before they're circulating
(officiallly or otherwise), just that adding promos is 100% risk free :)
