Yes, that could use some clarification. I don't want to be doing
anything which would mean that MusicBrainz is infringing (even if we
never get caught).

Well not by itself, but the usefullnes to us and complete lack of harm
to anyone else does, IMO. But let's not get into the philosophy of
law, or we will be soon be questioning the axioms of each others
ethical systems. The only thing that matters is if this is a legal
problem for MB or not.
