Ok, I just briefly spoke to ruaok.  I was wrong about a musicbrainz page
with cover art being a derived work, there needs to be some creative
process to create a 'work' under US copyright law.  A computer
aggregrating data generally does not create new works.

Anyway, ruaok intends to clean up / rewrite the CoverArt wiki page
Real Soon Now, that should clear things up a bit on that topic.
